Our PTO Mission:
To be a powerful voice for all children.  To be a relevant resource for families and communities.  To be a strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.

Our Purpose as a PTO:
To promote the welfare of children and youth in their home, school, community, and place of worship.  To raise the standards of home life.  To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.  To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.  To develop united efforts between educators and the general public to secure the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spiritual education for all children and youth.


The school and PTO are starting a new program this year.  It's called Character Counts, 5 character traits, Trustworthiness, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship.  During the 6 week celebrations, PTO will award certificates to those chosen by their teachers. A group picture will be taken and sent to the paper.
